| 产品背景 | Insulin-like growth factor I(IGF1) belongs to a family of insulin-like growth factors with the same structure as proinsulin. Mature mouse IGF-I has 94% and 99% amino acid sequence identity with human and rat IGF-I, respectively, and shows cross-species activity. It has 60% amino acid sequence identity with mature mouse IGF-II. IGF-I induces proliferation, migration and differentiation of many cell types during development and after birth. It plays an important role in muscle regeneration and tumor progression. IGF-1 binds to IGF-1 receptor, IGF-II-1 receptor and insulin receptor. The binding of IGF-I to IGF-binding protein increases its plasma half-life and regulates its interaction with receptor. |
