| 产品背景 | B lymphocyte stimulator (Blys), also known as TNFSF13B, CD257, and BAFF, is a one -way II membrane protein, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family. BAFF is expressed in large quantities in peripheral blood white cells, and is specially expressed in monocytes and macrophages. BAFF is a cellular factor that can be used as a container TNFRSF13B (TACI), TNFRSF17 (BCMA) and TNFRSF13C (BAFFR). These receptors are important factors for B cell differentiation, stability and choice. Blys level affects the survival signals and selective apoptosis of B cells that produce their own antibodies. Therefore, it is a effective B -cell activist and has been proven to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells. Over -expression of BLYS in mice can lead to the clinical and serum characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and dry syndrome (SS). Blys is an attractive treatment target in human rheumatism. Blys adjusts the size of the outer peripheral B cell area and the capacity of the library to increase the possibility of Blys and its antagonists that may constitute a three -point method. As a kind of agonist, Blys protein can enhance the immunity that is congenital or obtained immune defects, such as immune defects caused by virus infection or cancer therapy. |
